Manitou Island
Lucifer and his friend Sandy, the tigress, were walking around talking about Sandy and her sister's escape. [Note--I no longer remember what "escape" we were referring to.]
They started to walk around the edge of the garage. Sandy started to say, "He told me to look for--" but was cut off by Purrsha's scream as startled her. [Note--there's some sort of grammatical error here, probably a missing or misplaced word.]
Purrsha accidentally threw a potion at them. Lucifer and Sandy began to grow smaller--no, not smaller, but younger! Something in it knocked them out for three hours.
Lucifer woke with a start. He woke Sandy up. They could'nt [sic] recognize anything, except for each other.
"Now what'll we do?" Sandy asked.
"Well, let's find out where we are," Lucifer suggested. So they got up and walked down a trail leading to the front of the garage.
There they found Purrsha, knocked out cold from running into the wall. Afraid that she'd wake up any minute, they ran off, not caring where they ended up.
They ran for such a long time that they ended up in Mackinaw City. They stowed away on a catamaran headed for Mackinac Island.
Little did they know that Fluffy, Pedro, and the rest of their friends were on the boat.

Something that hardly anybody knew about was that the boat was going to enter a strange fog that led to a place other than Mackinac Island.
Lucifer shook his head and stared ahead of them (they were the only ones on the top deck of the cat). "Hey, I can't see the island because of that stupid fog."
The boat entered. The fog was hazy and they coughed.
"Hey--you're glowing!" Sandy told Lucifer.
"You too," Lucifer said. "In fact, everything's glowing."
Sandy turned her head. "Land ho!" she said. "At least, I think it's land."
It was. It looked exactly like Mackinac Island except for one thing--everything was run down and old.
The boat docked. Before the other people got out, Sandy and Lucifer jumped way off the boat and onto the long walkway. Fortunately, they were'nt [sic] hurt, and continued on their walk, ignoring the buildings and heading for the wilderness. They ended up in a forest.
They walked quietly but something was making noise. Sandy looked at Lucifer and said, "Did you do that?"
"No," Lucifer replied. They continued walking. More noise. Again and again Sandy turned around and asked Lucifer about it, and each time he denied doing it.
Something followed them.
Seeing a small trail, they followed it and soon came to the Haunted Theatre.
